CURRENT PROJECTS
Our 119 room Staybridge Suites in Carmel, IN is NOW OPEN - we officially opened the doors
for business on December 16, 2009.
Washington Court House, OH is home to our next Holiday Inn Express. The finishing touches are being applied and
we are heading down the home stretch now - the 75 room project is scheduled to open on June 29th.
FUTURE PROJECTS
We are currently looking at 2 Ohio
projects as well as Michigan, Wisconsin, Louisiana, Indiana, Kentucky, Florida and Alabama for this year
and beyond.
COMPLETED PROJECTS
2009: Completed 2
hotels with 224 rooms with 1 more under construction with 75 rooms. Also bought and updated a 280 room project at Kings
Island in Cincinnati. Completed 2 multi family and mixed use projects.
2008: Completed 2
hotels with 187 rooms with 2 more under construction totalling 224 rooms. Also started mixed use and apartment
projects to be completed in summer 2009.
2007: Completed 1
hotel with 93 rooms and completed Phase II of Stewart Square which is home to the First Financial Bank's newest office.
Started 2 additional hotels with 187 total rooms.
2006: 2 hotels
completed with 217 rooms total. 1 currently under
construction with 93 rooms.
2005: 2 hotels
completed with 188 rooms total. 2 more under
construction with 217 rooms.
2004: 2 hotels
completed with 191 rooms total and 2 more under construction with another 188 rooms.
2003: IHG* Developer of the
Year award. Completed 3 hotels with 278 rooms.
