of adding onto and refurbishing an existing nursing home facility just outside of Oxford, Ohio.

and commercial project just outside Oxford, Ohio. Home of College Suites - fine student living.

Stewart Square - We purchased
our former grade school and have constructed a mixed-use project which incorporates retail as well as residential and
office space in the same building. We were able to preserve and re-use the main entrance stonework as shown below
- before and after!

Walnut Street Townhouses
- This project involved razing an existing structure when Miami University classes ended on May 2nd and having 2 new
buildings finished by August 20th before school started again. The project included all new foundations and utilities
and is on a lot in the middle of town which did not allow much room for staging or storage. We completed the project
on August 15th ahead of schedule.
While this is not a large project for us these pictures will illustrate
our commitment to our customers to get the project done NOW.
Oxford Parking Garage - Another
project that was completed primarily in the summer between school years to minimize the disruption to the uptown Oxford area.
The garage was finished in the fall of 2002 and was design-built to resemble a parking garage as little as possible!
Again, we met the customer's needs and got the project done quickly, efficiently and cost effectively.
